Garbage. I tried to use the air fryer for the first time and breaded some cheese stuffed Pasilla peppers. They came out with still masa flour on them and burntish cheese. Went for some asparagus I also breaded and... same thing. I have no idea how to get the proper deep fry crust from the air fryer.

It was.

Trying to limit cooking/reheating due to high heat and humidity. Real feel temp 101 today, 104 yesterday. Two window a/c units are keeping the temp 76-78 indoors. 

I know Fallon is hot too, but dry it’s a heat.

Didn’t say it was bad, but Subway isn’t at the top of my list. For travel food, though, it’s pretty good.
